Avtandil Kavrelishvili

Avtandil Kavrelishvili is a highly experienced professional in the fields of banking services and education, currently serving as the Head of Banking Services Development Department and Deputy CIO at Liberty Bank since April 2018. In addition to this role, Avtandil co-founded DevGate and holds the position of CTO. As a professor at Caucasus University, Avtandil contributes to the Master and Bachelor programs, focusing on evaluating student research and implementing new teaching strategies. Previous roles include acting head of the Data Exchange infrastructure Division at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and various teaching positions across multiple universities.
