Jonathan Harris

Jonathan Harris is an experienced Senior Commercial Manager currently overseeing the Fit Out project at 1 Mayfair, London with Caudwell since April 2023. Previously, Jonathan held senior positions at Battersea Power Station from 2017 to 2023, managing cost planning and management across multiple phases of the development. As Group Cost Manager at Capital & Counties Properties PLC, Jonathan led the cost management function for key properties, while also serving as Regional Estimating Manager for St James Group, a subsidiary of the Berkeley Group. Prior roles include directing pre-contract work at John Sisk and Son Ltd, overseeing value management for Tesco Stores Ltd's substantial development program, and advancing through various estimating and cost planning positions at Bovis Lend Lease Ltd, John Sisk and Son Ltd, Kyle Stewart Ltd, and John Laing Construction. Jonathan holds an HND in Building Management from Hertfordshire College of Building.
