Michelle Cauley

Michelle Cauley, LCSW, BCD, is a highly experienced mental health professional and the Owner, Founder, and President of Cauley & Associates, INC since February 2004, where a range of mental health wellness services, including psychotherapy and crisis management, are provided. With a strong background in serving diverse populations, Michelle has partnered with community organizations to address cultural mental health needs and has held various roles within the Los Angeles Unified School District, including Clinical Supervisor and Social Emotional Learning Wellness Facilitator. Previous positions also include work as a Mental Health Specialist with T.H.E. Health and Wellness Centers and a Foster Care Social Worker with Guardians Of Love FFA, enhancing competencies in clinical supervision and case management. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles.
