Cameron Pylant, CPIM has over 13 years of experience in operations and production management. In 2019, they were the Systems & Operations Manager at CAULIPOWER, where they integrated customers & 3PLs into EDI program and integrated third party forecast provider into ERP. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Operations Manager at Dytran Instruments, Inc., where they were hired to turn the company around and assess the financial and operational KPI's. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Site Operations Manager at Weyerhaeuser Co., where they were responsible for driving a culture that places safety above all and selecting, developing and maintaining an effective organization. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Production Control Manager at True Position Technologies, Inc., where they integrated the previously nonfunctioning scheduling module of the ERP system with shop floor activities. From 2006 to 2013, they were the Production Manager at Donaldson, Co., Inc., where they were responsible for all KPI's related to safety, quality, cost and delivery.
