The Caucasus Model United Nations (CAUMUN) 2025 conference is a collaborative initiative between two prominent schools based in Tbilisi: the Guivy Zaldastanishvili American Academy and the British-Georgian Academy. This partnership enhances the professionalism and expands the scope of the event, ensuring high standards for debate and engagement. CAUMUN 2025 represents an ongoing effort by students dedicated to fostering dialogue, diplomacy, and critical thinking through simulation of the United Nations.

Model United Nations (MUN) is an educational activity that encourages students to step into the roles of diplomats, tackling global issues through structured debate, negotiation, and resolution drafting. CAUMUN offers participants from diverse backgrounds an inclusive platform to develop and showcase their research, public speaking, and collaborative skills. The upcoming conference, themed "World in Crisis," aims to address pressing global challenges, reflecting real-world geopolitical dynamics.

The organizing team behind CAUMUN brings substantial experience in conducting MUN conferences, drawing from a decade-long tradition of rigorous preparation, delegate training, and meticulous planning. This accumulated expertise ensures a conference environment that is both competitive and accessible to all participants. Moreover, the conference prioritizes inclusivity by eliminating participation fees, enabling broader access for students regardless of financial background.

CAUMUN’s mission is to deliver one of the largest and most impactful MUN experiences in the Caucasus region. The goal is not only to maintain excellence in debate and conference management but also to elevate Georgia’s profile within the international MUN community. Participants can expect a well-organized, professional event that fosters diplomacy, encourages critical inquiry, and prepares future leaders for global engagement.
