Swati Carr

Swati Carr, Ph.D., currently serves as Senior Strategic Engagement Manager for North America at Causaly, focusing on enabling top pharmaceutical companies to achieve their AI initiatives through effective customer engagement and risk management. Previously, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Benchling, Swati helped clients optimize data documentation processes to accelerate product development in biotechnology. Initial roles included Research Fellow at Extension Engine, and MITx Digital Learning Lab Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where Swati focused on digital transformation in education and innovative content design. Swati holds a Ph.D. in Synthetic Biology from Boston University and a Master's in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Rhode Island.
