Joel Cochran

Joel Cochran has worked in the technology industry since 1992. Joel began their career as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army before joining HTE, Inc. in 1997 as a Programmer. In 2000, they moved to Stonewall Technologies Inc. as Director of Operations, followed by a role as Senior Technology Consultant at Lotic Factor Inc. in 2012. In 2013, they joined Sogeti as a Manager Consultant, and then moved to Microsoft as a Technical Evangelist in 2015. In 2017, they began working at Causeway Solutions, LLC as Vice President of Technology, where they are responsible for all technology decisions for a growing analytics firm.

Joel Cochran attended James Madison University from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English. Joel then attended the University of Phoenix-South Orlando Campus from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems. Most recently, they attended Liberty University School of Law from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Juris Master in American/U.S. Law/Legal Studies/Jurisprudence.
