Kevin Carns

Kevin Carns has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Kevin has held positions such as Manager of Political Strategy and Insights at Causeway Solutions, LLC, City Council Member at the City of Chehalis, and Executive Director at The Reagan Fund, where they served as a senior political advisor and successfully executed various strategies to gain House seats. Kevin also served as a State Director for Romney for President, leading campaign efforts in Washington state and securing favorable press coverage. Additionally, Kevin has experience as a Government Affairs Manager at the Washington Hospitality Association, where they managed the Political Action Committee and successfully oversaw an independent expenditure campaign. Kevin was also appointed as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the USDA, allocating payments to communities as per the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act. Furthermore, they have held roles such as Associate Policy Analyst for the Washington State House Republicans and Political Director for Strategy Services, where they managed and won campaigns at various levels. Kevin's expertise lies in political strategy, insights, campaign management, budgeting, fundraising, research, polling, analytics, strategic partnerships, legal compliance, lobbying, and external relations.

Kevin Carns has a diverse education history. Kevin completed an Executive program in Global Business and Politics at the Yale School of Management, which they attended until the year 2020. Kevin also participated in the Saïd Business School's Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford until the year 2020. Prior to these executive programs, Kevin pursued a degree in Public Affairs/Criminal Justice at Washington State University from 1998 to 2000. Before attending university, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree from Centralia College between 1996 and 1998. Kevin completed their high school education at W.F. West High School from 1987 to 1990. In addition to their academic achievements, Kevin has obtained certifications in Global Business and Politics from the Yale School of Management Executive Education in August 2020, and in the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in May 2020.
