Paul Davies has extensive experience in technical and customer support roles, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer and previously as a Customer Support Manager and Consultant at Causeway Technologies since May 2004. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Software Consultant at Alfred McAlpine from 2003 to 2004 and held the position of Core Systems Analyst at McNicholas Construction (Holdings) Ltd from 1999 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Theory & Organisation from Keele University, completed in 1998, and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in English from the University of Buckingham, earned in 1996.
