Sophie Shadwell

Sophie Shadwell is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an FP&A Analyst at Causeway Technologies since November 2015. In this role, Sophie prepares monthly forecasts and annual budgets, partners with various functions to enhance financial performance, and conducts variance reporting and analysis. Previously, Sophie held positions as an Accounts Assistant, Credit Controller, and Front Desk Receptionist, gaining diverse experience in financial management and customer service. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at The Greyhound Inn, overseeing cash management, payroll, and customer interactions. Sophie is currently pursuing CIMA, having completed AAT Level 2 and graduated from The Beaconsfield School.
