Rashad Spells, CSM, is an accomplished Compensation Analyst at CAVA since May 2025, with a robust background in compensation management across multiple industries, including experience at Dave & Buster's Inc. and Great Wolf Lodge. With expertise managing compensatory packages for over 22,000 employees across more than 230 locations, Rashad has also held roles such as Product Owner in Information Technology Operations and Manager of Restaurant & People Operations.
