Amber Arnold

Amber Micala Arnold is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate reputation and impact communications. Since May 2015, Amber has served as Group VP, Corporate Reputation and Head of DEIJ & Impact Communications at MikeWorldWide (MWW), where Amber also founded and chairs the MWW DEIJ Council. In addition to a leadership role at MWW, Amber is an adjunct professor for the MS in Strategic Communication program at Columbia University since May 2022 and a contributor to the Forbes Communications Council since October 2017. Previous experience includes positions as a Media Relations Specialist at Goodman Media International, Inc., and in corporate communications at Viacom. Amber's early career involved roles in educational settings, including as a Parks, Recreation & Youth Development Leader for the City of Oakland and an Academic Coach at Durham Public Schools. Amber holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics & Cultural Anthropology from Duke University.
