Robert O'Brien

Robert O'Brien's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as a Graduate Student at UCSD. Robert then interned as a Clinical Regulatory Affairs Intern at Genentech from February 2010 to February 2011. After that, they joined the Buck Institute for Age Research as a Post-doctoral Fellow from May 2011 to December 2021. In 2015, they started working at UNITY Biotechnology as a Scientist, and later became a Senior Scientist. Robert worked there until December 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Biology at Cavalry Biosciences, starting in December 2021.

Robert O'Brien earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Vermont from 2002 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences at UC San Diego from 2004 to 2010.
