Rory McDonnell

Rory McDonnell is the CEO and Owner of Cavalry Healthcare. Previously, Rory worked as a Hospice Lecturer and Service Improvement at WILLOWBROOK HOSPICE, a Researcher and Evaluator at THE END OF LIFE PARTNERSHIP LIMITED, and a Senior Hospice Nurse at Wigan and Leigh Hospice. Rory also held positions at Siemens/BBC and St. Joseph's Hospice Merseyside. Rory holds a PhD in Healthcare Management and Leadership in Palliative Care from Lancaster University, among other healthcare-related degrees and certifications. Currently, Rory is a member of YPO and a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows.
