Allison Aden

Allison Aden has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. Allison is currently the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at Cavco Industries, Inc. where they play a key role in providing affordable housing solutions. Prior to that, they served as the EVP & Chief Financial Officer at SWM International, a leading global performance materials company. Allison also held the position of EVP & CFO at Americold Logistics, LLC., the global leader in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics to the food industry. Allison's earlier experiences include serving as SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Recall Corporation (Brambles), Chief Financial Officer at LNR Property Corporation, and Chief Accounting Officer at PRGX. Allison began their career as the Vice President, Controller at Hewlett-Packard. Allison's expertise includes financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, international operations, and implementing efficient financial systems.

Allison Aden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Additionally, they have completed a program on Blue Ocean Strategy from CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau. Allison also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Allison Aden is also a certified public accountant (CPA) in both Missouri and Georgia.
