David A. Greenblatt

David A. Greenblatt is currently a Board Member at Cavco Industries. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Eagle Materials Inc. from October 2005 to March 2012, where they managed legal matters and oversaw project development. From March 1993 to September 2005, they were the Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at Centex Corporation, overseeing legal matters for multiple operating companies and assisting the parent company in legal matters. From September 1987 to March 1993, they were an Associate at Hughes & Luce, LLP, practicing in the Corporate & Securities Group.

David A. Greenblatt received their J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, their B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School), and attended St. Mark's School of Texas.
