Eldon Sprickerhoff

Eldon Sprickerhoff is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and information security. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Caledon Ventures, Eldon engages in various strategic advisory projects focusing on cybersecurity startups and scaleups. As the Founder and Advisor, as well as the Chief Innovation Officer at eSentire, Eldon has contributed to the development of pragmatic security solutions and incident response services for enterprises over the last two decades. In addition, Eldon acts as an Entrepreneur In Residence at the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst within Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Information Security Engineer at ING Prime Brokerage, where Eldon established security processes and infrastructure. Educational qualifications include a B.Math. from the University of Waterloo and an ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, along with participation in leadership development programs.
