Troy Miller has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Troy served as the VP of Human Resources at Cavender's since August 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at The Miner Corporation from October 2015 to July 2019. Troy also worked at The Home Depot in various roles including District HR Manager, Regional Recruiter and Talent Management, and Regional Leadership Program Manager from 2003 to 2015. Before their time at The Home Depot, Troy worked as a Recruiter at RecruitMilitary from October 2000 to April 2003. Troy started their professional career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, serving from May 1993 to October 2000.
Troy Miller attended Poquoson High School in Virginia. After high school, they pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in General Science at the United States Naval Academy from 1989 to 1993.
