Matt Goode

Matt Goode has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Matt'smost recent role was as the Head of Consumer at Cavendish Capital Markets, a position they started in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at finnCap Group, where they held multiple positions including Head of Consumer and Director of Corporate Finance. At finnCap, they advised publicly listed corporate clients on capital raising, M&A transactions, and strategic transactions. Before their time at finnCap, Matt worked at Collins Stewart and KBC Peel Hunt as an Assistant Director in corporate finance. Matt began their career at Ernst & Young, where they gained extensive experience in financial modeling, accounting, corporate finance, valuation, and corporate restructuring. Throughout their career, Matt has worked on various notable transactions and has achieved professional certifications in their field.

Matt Goode earned a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended King Henry VIII School, Coventry from 1990 to 1997. Later, they pursued further education at the Securities and Investment Institute, where they obtained an MSI degree in Securities Institute Diploma from 2001 to 2004.
