Blair Christopher

Blair Christopher has extensive experience in packaging and operations management, currently serving as Packaging Manager and previously as Packaging Specialist at Cavendish Farms since February 1997. Responsibilities include overseeing packaging across five plants in Canada and the USA, involving new package development, redesigns, and package testing. Prior to this role, Blair Christopher worked in various positions at Cavendish Farms, including Production Supervisor and Training Coordinator, with duties focusing on personnel management, inventory control, and food safety training. Earlier experience includes serving as Resource Manager at the PEI Department of Fisheries from 1987 to 1991, conducting research and product testing. Blair Christopher holds a Master's degree in History from Concordia (1991-1992) and a BA with Honours in History from the University of Prince Edward Island (1987-1991).
