Cphr Patti Brownell

Patti Brownell, CPHR, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Cavendish Farms, a position held since September 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with various departments across multiple locations, including Island Holdings Limited in New Annan, PE, and research centers in both Canada and the US. Prior to this role, Patti was with Cavendish Agri Services from September 2020 to September 2022 in a similar capacity. Patti's extensive experience at Kent Building Supplies from September 1995 to September 2020 included roles such as Recruiting Manager and Project Manager, successfully implementing Kronos software across 42 stores. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Halifax Seed Company Inc. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Agricultural Economics from Dalhousie University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
