Director Of Business Improvement & Cost Optimization at Cavendish Farms

Gerald Wilson has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. In 2000, they worked as the Director of Operations at USG Stony Point, NY until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, they served as the Plant Manager at Cavendish Produce. Starting in 2006, Gerald became the VP of Supply Chain at Cavendish Farms until 2008 when they moved to Cavendish Agri-Services and took on the role of Director of Operations. Gerald returned to Cavendish Farms in 2009, initially serving as the VP of Continuous Improvement - Six Sigma Black Belt and then becoming the VP of Supply Chain in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Director of Supply Chain Planning CPIM and from 2015 to 2019, they held the position of Director of Supply Chain Logistics CPIM. Currently, Gerald holds the role of Director of Supply Chain Optimizationn at Cavendish Farms since 2019.

Gerald Wilson completed their Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geology from Acadia University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. In 2005, Gerald obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Designation from Alignment Strategies. Additionally, in 2012, they earned a Certificate of Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.
