Jon Swatuk

Jon Swatuk has extensive work experience in the operations and management field. Jon is currently working as the Director of Operations at Cavendish Farms, starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sofina Foods Inc. as a Plant Manager from December 2018 to July 2022. Before that, they held the same position at Cargill from April 2016 to December 2018. Jon also gained experience as a Plant Manager at Gay Lea Foods from April 2015 to April 2016. Their earlier experience includes working as an Operations Supervisor and Technical Resource at Kellogg Company from April 2000 to April 2015 and in machine operations at Phillips electronics from October 1988 to April 2000.

Jon Swatuk obtained a professional leadership certificate in Business from Western University in 2005-2006. Additionally, they received a Diploma in computer electronics from Westervelt College in 1995-1996. In 2014, Jon attended IT University to pursue studies in Project Management Professional, but no degree completion date is specified.
