Oksana Potomkina AssocRICS is a seasoned valuer with extensive experience in the valuation sector. Currently serving as a Senior Valuer at Cavendish Maxwell since January 2022, Oksana previously held a position as a Valuer in the Commercial Department at Asteco Property Management from August 2021 to December 2021 and worked in the Residential Department at Cavendish Maxwell from September 2016 to August 2021. Oksana's career also includes valuable experience at the International valuation group "ARGUMENT," where roles spanned both residential and commercial valuations from February 2008 to December 2013. Oksana holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activities, both awarded by Odessa National Polytechnic University.
