Kaisa Korkala

Kaisa Korkala serves as the Head of CX, Marketing and Communications at Caverion, overseeing operations in Finland and the Baltic region since January 2014. With a focus on developing a holistic, customer-centric ecosystem, Kaisa emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and emotional intelligence in leadership. As a member of the Finland Management Team, Kaisa is dedicated to enhancing customer experience, brand differentiation, and effective marketing strategies through an inbound ideology. Previous roles include positions in client relations development and marketing management, as well as entrepreneurial ventures. Kaisa holds a Master of Science in Economics with a concentration in management, organization, and marketing from the University of Tampere.
