Susan McMillon, CPCU CIC has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked in various roles such as Executive Client Manager, Senior Client Manager, Past President, and Account Executive Service. Throughout their career, Susan has served as the main point of contact for clients, prepared renewal surveys and applications, developed schedules of service, marketed new business and renewals, and conducted contract reviews. In addition, Susan has managed a large book of business that included medical malpractice, real estate, and manufacturing clients.
