Kapil Kaushik has extensive experience in sales and distribution roles within the mobile device industry. Kapil worked as a State Sales Manager at CavinKare, where they were responsible for driving sales volume and market share through the execution of sales and distribution strategies. Prior to that, they held the position of Mobility Manager - Sales & Distribution at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, where they managed customer acquisition business and enterprise sales, as well as a large team and distribution network. Before that, they served as Deputy Manager - Sales & Distribution at LAVA INTERNATIONAL LTD, where they focused on product launches, retail shelf placement, brand visibility, and retail engagement programs. Kapil also worked as a Territory Manager at both Spice Mobility Ltd and Lemon Mobiles (Fastrack communication P Ltd), where they handled distribution management, target achievement, people development, and BTL activities.

Kapil Kaushik completed their MBA in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI between the years 2006 and 2008.
