Manikandan V has over seven years of experience in packaging development, currently serving as Team Lead in Packaging Development at CavinKare from August 2019 to April 2025, after progressing through roles such as Senior Officer and Officer in the same domain. Prior to CavinKare, Manikandan held the position of Senior Executive in Packaging Development & Procurement at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd from August 2017 to July 2019. An internship at Unilever in early 2017 and a role as R&D Assistant at Britannia Industries Limited from July 2013 to July 2015 provided foundational experience in the field.
