Ruchitha Mudaliar

Ruchitha Mudaliar currently serves as an Enabler in People Possibility at CAVITAK since August 2023. Previously, Ruchitha held a Human Resources Intern position at AMRUT ENERGY PVT LTD from May 2023 to July 2023, focusing on measuring sales team performance and managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Prior to that, a Human Resources Intern role was undertaken at bigbasket.com from May 2022 to August 2022, where responsibilities included conducting employee engagement activities and overseeing recruitment and recognition initiatives. Ruchitha also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Aashman Foundation from February 2022 to April 2022, contributing to the NGO's mission of supporting single-income widow families. Ruchitha holds a PGDM in Human Resources Management from Narayana Business School (2021-2023) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Shri Sahajanand Vanijya Mahavidyalaya (2018-2021).
