Nenita Panaligan

Nenita Panaligan currently serves as President of the Philippine Nurses Association Inc. Cavite Chapter since January 2019 and the Philippine Nursing Research Society Cavite Cell since August 2020. With a longstanding commitment to research ethics, Nenita holds the position of External Member for the Independent Ethics Review Board and Graduate School for Health Science Ethics Committee since 2013, and is a Committee Member for Research Management and Development at the Philippine Council for Health Research and Development (Region IV-A). As an academic, Nenita has been an Associate Professor V and Research Coordinator at Cavite State University since 2004, contributing significantly to nursing education and research management. Prior nursing roles included positions in community health and clinical settings from 1993 to 2004. Nenita has advanced education with a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing, a Master of Arts in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
