Shamna Libu possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held key leadership roles at various organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources at Naico ITS from April 2021 to May 2023, Shamna led the HR function encompassing multiple areas including workforce development and HR technology. Previous positions include Head of Human Resources at MobME Wireless Solutions Limited and Manager of Human Resources at Techversant, among others. Shamna's capabilities in talent development, employee engagement, and strategic HR practices were further showcased during tenure at Receipt Bank and Unimoni. Currently, Shamna serves as Head of People and Culture at Cavli Wireless, focusing on building a performance-driven organizational culture.
