Christina Vitale

Christina Vitale serves as the Head of People and Culture at Ghost Ship Games since April 2023, focusing on the establishment of the People & Culture team and the development of organizational frameworks. Additionally, Christina is an HR partner and owner of VitalHR, providing coaching, training, and organizational development projects since August 2020. Previous roles include Recruitment Consultant at Multiscription, HR Manager at MinAltan – Den sikre løsning, and HR-partner at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke – ActionAid Denmark, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment strategy to management advising. Christina has extensive HR experience from various companies including IO Interactive, Deadline Games, and Magasin du Nord, and holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing Economics, along with ICF coaching certification.
