Vanessa Tisci

Vanessa Tisci currently serves as the Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President, Group General Counsel at Cavotec, overseeing legal and risk management with expertise in commercial and contracts law, corporate governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance. Previously, Vanessa held the position of VP, Group General Counsel at The SCP Group, managing all legal and HR matters, and served as Senior International Counsel at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where responsibilities included advising on corporate contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, and financing agreements. Early career experience includes roles as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, focusing on M&A and corporate finance transactions. Vanessa holds a Master in Corporate Governance & Practice in Law from Stanford Law School, a Doctor of Law from Università degli Studi di Milano, and a Bachelor of Laws from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
