Toby Gould

Toby Gould currently serves as the Director of Technology at CAWST since January 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Consultant at Aid Works from July 2016 to March 2023 and a part-time Teaching Fellow at Cranfield University from February 2015 to March 2023, where Toby led modules on Emergency Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation for the MSc in Community Water Supply. As an Independent Humanitarian Consultant, Toby managed and delivered emergency WASH training in Sudan, Pakistan, and Europe while developing training materials for DFID staff. Previously, Toby held various roles at RedR UK from May 1999 to June 2014, including Membership Manager and Cluster Programme Manager. Early career experience includes a Watsan position at MSF between 1992 and 1994. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Water and Waste Engineering for Developing Countries from Loughborough University and a BEng (Hons) in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford.
