Felice Nightengale

Felice Nightengale has been working in the technology industry for over 20 years. Felice started their career as a logistics coordinator for a small educational company. Felice then moved on to a customer service and logistics coordinator for an online learning platform. In 2010, they became the publications and promotions director for Norwescon, a large annual science fiction and fantasy convention. Felice held this position for three years before becoming the social media manager for The Northwest UU Justice Network. In 2014, they returned to the technology industry as the director of technology for Pet Partners.

Felice Nightengale received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from the University of Idaho. Felice then went on to receive a certificate in Project Management from Bellevue College. After that, they obtained a degree in Special Education and Teaching from Heritage University. Felice also has certification from Salesforce in Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and from Trailhead by Salesforce in Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist. Finally, they have a certification from iCohere Academy Digital Badging in The Certified Virtual Events Producer.
