Micah Carr-Hill

Head of Taste at Cawston Press

Micah Carr-Hill has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Micah began their career in 1991 as an Assistant Branch Manager at Oddbins, where they gained valuable retail experience and achieved their WSET diploma. Micah then moved to the New Covent Garden Soup Company in 1997 as a Graduate Placement - Product Development Assistant. In 1999, they began working at Green & Black's as a Taste Ambassador and Head of Taste. In 2011, they became Head of Taste at Cawston Press. In 2012, they started their own consultancy business, Head of Taste Ltd, providing hands-on product development to a range of clients and running chocolate and wine tastings/matchings for private groups and the corporate sector. Finally, in 2017, Micah became Development Director and Co-Founder of Tastehead.

Micah Carr-Hill attended London South Bank University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a BSc in Food Science.
