André Dal Maso

André Dal Maso has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2021 to the present, they have been the Head of Fintech at Cayena, overseeing a B2B marketplace for the wholesale food industry in Latin America. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, André worked at Grupo Boticário as a Senior Specialist of Finance, Performance & Strategy for International Business. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and developing international FP&A and performance teams, managing the growth and profitability of overseas businesses, and creating and monitoring long-term strategies.

Before joining Grupo Boticário, André worked as a consultant at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado from 2015 to 2018, focusing on generating results and improving management systems for clients through the PDCA method. At FALCONI, they worked on a project to improve commercial results in a large food company.

André also gained early experience as an intern at Kapitalo Investimentos in 2014 and at Ambev in 2013.

André Dal Maso earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they also attended Università Bocconi, where they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused on Finance.
