Vanderson Silva

Vanderson Silva is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on quality assurance and software engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Cayena since August 2025, Vanderson has previously held significant roles at Wildlife Studios from July 2021 to August 2025, including Staff QA Engineer and Senior QA Engineer. Prior to that, Vanderson was a Staff Software Engineer at IBM from January 2014 to July 2021, contributing to planning and testing for Maximo Asset Management applications and taking on various leadership roles. Experience also includes positions as Test Analyst and Software QA Intern at ITMS do Brasil, Operational Support at Itaú Unibanco, Technical Support Analyst at ePeople Healthcare, and IT Technician in the Brazilian Army. Vanderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco and has completed additional coursework at Faculdade Módulo.
