Scott Pollov

Scott brings more than two decades of experience in planning, developing, financing, and managing entrepreneurial ventures, both as a principal and as a consultant. He has managed several hundred strategic consulting engagements for companies in nearly every industry and stage of development. Throughout his career, he has focused on bringing together a strong strategic plan, with the most appropriate capital, connections, and resources to help companies catalyze growth and profitability.

Prior to joining Cayenne as an advisor, Scott was the co-founder and managing partner of BizPlanIt, a management consulting and capital advisory firm that assisted clients through the process of creating, financing, growing, and sustaining their business. Scott focused on pre-financing transaction services, including business planning, strategic and growth planning, financial modeling and analysis, investor/lender presentation materials, recommendations on value enhancement, and the identification and development of strategic, marketing, and technology partners.

As an advisor with Cayenne, Scott has assisted on engagements with a wide variety of small and mid-sized businesses and franchise companies in most industry segments, as well as with real estate investment and development firms.

Currently, Scott is Chief Financial Officer of Accelerance, the premier global outsourcing advisory firm delivering top-tier software development resources along with professional consulting services.

Earlier, Scott worked at McGladrey & Pullen, a national public accounting firm, where he specialized in financial statement audits for middle-market manufacturing, distribution, and medical services companies. Scott holds a B.S. in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and is an inductee in the University's Berger Entrepreneurship Program Hall of Fame for his role in developing BizPlanIt.
