The Behavioral Health Team at Cayer Behavioral Group consists of Behavioral Health Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. Their primary responsibility is to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions for children diagnosed with Autism. By providing hands-on, one-on-one support in real-world settings such as homes, schools, and public places, they help children develop adaptive behaviors. The team uses a data-driven approach to ensure the effectiveness of treatment, aiming to foster self-sufficiency and comfort for the children in their everyday environments.
