Chad Stieve is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Cloud Data Engineering at Caylent since August 2022, where the primary focus is on enhancing consulting efficiency and client experiences through generative AI. Prior to this role, Chad spent over seven years at Cengage Group, first as a Senior Software Engineering Manager specializing in analytics and personalization, leading modernization efforts of legacy data systems and the transition to MongoDB Atlas. Additionally, Chad contributed as an Agile Coach and Program Manager during transformative projects. Chad's earlier career includes significant roles at GE Capital and MediaSpan, with a strong foundation in software development and technical leadership. Chad holds an MBA in Finance from Walsh College and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University.
