Michael Tringale

Michael Tringale is an experienced engagement management professional with a solid background in project management and business process analysis. Currently serving as the Engagement Management Lead at Caylent since October 2021, Michael previously held various roles at Onica, including Senior Engagement Manager and Engagement Manager. Michael's career began at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where significant experience was gained as a Business Process Analyst. Prior roles also include positions at North Shore Pool Builders and Hillview Country Club. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst-Isenberg School of Management, achieved between 2008 and 2012.
