Brian Conkle

Brian Conkle is a seasoned executive in the life sciences sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cayman Chemical since March 2024. Conkle held similar roles at NanoImaging Services from June 2021 to March 2024 and was also the Interim CEO during that period. Prior experience includes leadership as President and CEO of True Field, LLC from June 2019 to December 2021, alongside roles in business development at INDIGO Biosciences, INC, and as President at Adipogen Corporation. Conkle's extensive background includes significant positions at Cayman Chemical, where duties spanned from VP of Global Market Development to VP of Marketing and Sales and at Sapphire North America as VP of Sales and Marketing, focusing on establishing distribution strategies. Earlier in his career, Conkle was President of Axxora, LLC, contributing to the development of an e-commerce marketplace for life science products, and held roles at Qbiogene and ALEXIS Biochemicals. Conkle earned a BA in Biology from Kenyon College, completing studies between 1984 and 1988.
