Michelle Amos

Michelle Amos CPHR MA (HRM) currently serves as the Chief HR Officer for the Cayman Islands Government since January 2023. Previously, Michelle held several significant roles including Director of Human Resources at McMan South and Director of Human Resources at Medicine Hat School District No 76. With experience as a Human Resources Manager at Methanex Corporation and other positions in HR and recruitment, Michelle has built a diverse career in human resource management. Michelle obtained a Master's degree in Organisation Development and another Master's degree in Human Resources Management, along with multiple certifications from CIPD and further education in Integrated Disability Management.
