Garcia Kelly

Garcia Kirt Kelly is a Legal Counsel with extensive experience in prosecuting financial crimes, asset recovery, and forfeiture proceedings. Garcia Kirt has worked in various roles at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, and Jamaica. Kelly has a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of the West Indies.
