Christopher H. Faux

Chris Faux, a Principal at Caymus Equity, rejoined Caymus Equity in 2020 and brings over seven years of private equity investing and investment banking experience, most recently as a member of the investment team at Heartwood Partners, a lower-middle market private equity investor currently investing out of its $600 million committed fund, and with over $1 billion in total assets under management.

While at Heartwood Partners, Chris was responsible for the acquisition and active management of portfolio companies across all three committed funds, including investment diligence and execution, active portfolio investment management, and fundraising and reporting to fund investors. Prior to Heartwood Partners, Chris spent two years with Wells Fargo Securities in the investment banking practice and began his career with Caymus Equity.
