Troy Brathwaite

Troy Brathwaite is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child welfare and foster care management. Currently serving as the Deputy Director, Chief Operating Officer, and VP of NYC Programs at Cayuga Centers since January 2004, Troy Brathwaite oversees the day-to-day operations of the NYC Administration for Children Services Treatment Family Foster Care program. Prior to this role, Troy Brathwaite directed a foster care program at Pius XII from January 1996 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, both obtained from Stony Brook University, as well as a high school diploma from George Wingate High School.
