Brian Winters

Brian Winters is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca since July 2022. Previously, Brian held the position of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager at Visions Federal Credit Union, where responsibilities included developing and overseeing the IAM program. Prior to that role, Brian worked at RP Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Customer Success/Network Engineer, leading a team and managing IT infrastructure and support activities. Brian also spent over a decade at Cornell University, contributing to various management roles within the IT Service Desk, including Request Fulfillment and Incident Management. Brian's career commenced at The CBORD Group, Inc. as a System Support Specialist. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Muhlenberg College, received in 1996.
