Leadership is not taught. Leadership is measured, supported, and improved through behaviour.

Cayus is the first AI-powered Leadership Intelligence system that transforms real managerial communication into measurable leadership ROI and continuous, confidential development, all embedded directly inside Microsoft 365.

-- What Cayus Does --

Measures Leadership with Behavioural Data

Cayus analyses real communication patterns using proven frameworks, SMART goals, 3W task clarity, and the CARE model, to produce a Management Maturity Score that reflects the balance between High Standard and Care in a manager's interactions.

Demonstrates Leadership ROI for HR

By turning behaviour into objective evidence, Cayus helps HR show the real impact of leadership on performance, engagement, and retention, restoring strategic influence with the Executive Committee.

Provides Continuous, In-Workflow Manager Development

Managers receive private, contextual insights and personalised recommendations inside Teams, Outlook, and Copilot, making leadership growth part of everyday work rather than an occasional training session.

Protects Confidentiality and Ensures Compliance

Cayus applies privacy-by-design principles, ignores confidential emails, and aligns with EU AI Act standards. Only managers can see their own score. HR only sees aggregated insights.

-- Who Cayus Is For --

Cayus supports organisations where leadership quality has a direct impact on performance:
HR leaders needing measurable leadership impact.
C-suite executives seeking clarity on organisational leadership health.
Managers who want ongoing, actionable feedback embedded in their workflow.
Growing organisations that require scalable, evidence-based leadership development.

-- Our Mission --

To make leadership measurable, actionable, and continuously supported, every day, in every conversation, where work actually happens.
