Ben Panning

Ben Panning has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years. Ben is currently working as the Chief Technology Officer at Cayuse since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at NWEA from 2016 to 2022, where they successfully led teams in scaling processes and systems. In 2014, Ben was the Vice President of Technology at CarePayment, where they led a turnaround for a software development team. Before that, they worked at GE Healthcare from 1999 to 2014, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to the role of Director of Architecture and Technology. During their tenure at GE Healthcare, Ben had the opportunity to work with software development teams from around the world and gained valuable insights into a global learning community. Ben began their career as a Software Engineer at Graphic Enterprises in 1995.

Ben Panning obtained their Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, where they attended from 1990 to 1995.
